Mothers day
Mother’s Day is a celebration honoring the mother of the family or individual, motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. The holiday was first celebrated in 1907 when Anna Jarvis held the first Mother’s Day worship service at Andrews Methodist Episcopal Church.
Mothers are always there for us, the
person who will love us unconditionally and sacrifice for us to have a friendly
and happy life. They have been with us, carried us for nine months, and have
always been with our side; This day is a day they deserved to have. Mom and I
have always been close, and I know the struggle and sacrifice she has been
through to give my sibling and me a friendly and happy life. We as children must
also love them unconditionally as a form of gratitude for all they have done.
It is our job to cherish and adore our moms with respect. Mother's Day is celebrated to show our moms how much we appreciate them and make them feel special. We should celebrate Mother's Day every year, whether it is on the second Sunday of May or not, to make our moms feel special.
